Important Information:
- Author registration closes on 12th September 2026 (Camera-ready Deadline).
- A 50% discount on the second paper is available for participants registering two accepted papers, provided both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. To request the discount, please complete the registration for the first paper and then contact us at [email protected].
- Important Announcement for Accepted Authors:
To be included in the EAI ICAST 2026 conference proceedings, all accepted authors must complete full author registration and submit the camera-ready version of their paper by the Camera-Ready Deadline. - Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee of 60 USD.
- Student registration does not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE.
- Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with registration.
- Please note: The registration fee does not include any transaction or bank charges. Kindly ensure that the full registration amount is transferred.
Presentation Option for Remote Authors
Authors who are unable to attend and present in person will have the opportunity to deliver their presentations remotely via the Google Meet streaming platform.
Important Notes Before Registering​​
- At least one author must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the Camera-ready version of their paper;
- One author registration covers 1 paper. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee;
- Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant;
- At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a Camera-ready version. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate;
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.

A 50% discount on both the second and third papers is available to authors who register two or three accepted papers for the same conference, provided all papers are authored by the same individual listed as an author in the initial submissions. The 50% discount on additional papers applies only to the individual who has completed a full (non-discounted) registration and does not grant attendance rights to any additional co-authors.
Additional paper discounts and discounted registrations are strictly non-transferable. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Discounts cannot be combined.
If a full registration linked to a discounted registration is canceled, the discount becomes void, and the discounted registration must be upgraded to a full registration to remain valid.
The conference reserves the right to remove papers from the program or deny attendance if these terms and conditions are not respected.Â
